Berry Y & V Fabricators was formed in October, 2007 by Canada Holdings, Inc. and Y&V the principles of which are successful business owners in the Engineering, Construction and Fabrication market in the U.S., Canada, Venezuela and Mexico. The purpose of Berry Y & V Fabricators is to own and operate a premier, state of the art pipe and modular fabrication facility for providing services to the rapidly expanding oil and gas market in the Alberta Tar Sands, and to support regional and local industrial, refining and petrochemical industries.

The company plans to develop into the leading pipe and modular fabrication service provider both in Canada and in the U.S.; strategically located in a geographic area that is accessible to the Canadian market while still maintaining the resources available in the U.S. This means always having the best and most efficient facilities, processes and people. To achieve this, BYV Fabricators will invest in ways that will pay off in competitive advantages for its customers, such as providing the latest fabrication technology, equipment and processes, and by developing a premier base load of experienced, trained personnel for the performance of the work.
